I am Gina Elsebaey, a digital transformation leader in Egypt’s oil and gas sector. I work as a Digital Solutions Manager at ENPPI, focusing on leading digital initiatives such as AI powered safety command center, BPM , RPA , and DMS. I hold an MBA and a PMP certification, and I am currently pursuing a doctorate at Cairo University on the impact of digital transformation on EPC companies. My work centers on modernizing HSE systems, implementing digital platforms and driving data-driven safety performance. I am also building my academic and leadership journey through research, teaching, and content creation on LinkedIn series. My vision is to become a leading voice in digital transformation and women’s leadership in the energy sector
